I discovered this book by accident after attending a National Wellness Institute Conference where I met Jack / John Travis again after many years of not being together. He talked about this book and I looked it up.
It is a jewel and a very nice way to tell someone you care! I have a small shelf in my library that has small books that I treasure a bunch and Simply Well sit on that book shelf.
Thanks John Travis for being yourself and being willing to share what you have to give with so many through your writing.
